“If you want to be the best, you have to do things that other people aren’t willing to do.” – Michael Phelps
Bold, driven, and always in the mix, TK Trinidad is a powerhouse in the entertainment industry. A former University of Oregon track star and proud Toronto native, she’s been shaking things up in broadcasting for over 15 years.
After graduating, TK returned to Toronto, where she balanced running a personal training business with breaking into media. With her infectious energy and deep love for fitness, she was tapped to host a weekly fitness segment on Rogers TV. That gig led to appearances on CTV, Global, Sun TV, CBC Radio, and Rogers TV, where she became a go-to fitness expert and columnist for Pride News.
But TK wasn’t about to stay in one lane. She took her talents to Los Angeles, where she became a red carpet staple, covered the biggest sporting events, and stayed ahead of the culture curve. She was so on point that VH1 brought her in to host the Love & Hip Hop: The Tea podcast, spilling all the hottest takes.
Her resume is stacked—TK was a regular on TMZ TV, giving unfiltered takes on the latest in entertainment and sports, and she brought the same energy to iHeartRadio, keeping listeners locked in.
These days, you can catch TK co-hosting Women’s Wrestling Talk, the #1 women’s wrestling show on the planet, and delivering must-hear entertainment coverage on KBLA Radio. She’s also making moves behind the scenes, producing for The SpringHill Company and CBS, and bringing the heat to pro wrestling as a commentator and producer for All Caribbean Wrestling.
From TV to radio, podcasts to social media, TK does it all.
Ever since I've met TK, she has been a hard worker and a hustler. Not to mention, I passed out when she trained me. She is definitely one to watch in this entertainment business and someone not to bet against.

It doesn't matter where you come from. It's where you're going that counts and you do not require the approval of others to succeed however, you do require your approval. You and your self-confidence are the key to open the door to your dreams. And TK embodies all this and more.
